The Horizon Residences is currently the only residential development in the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur that has a direct view of the Royal Selangor Golf Club (RSGC).

 

Our design concept capitalised on the views of the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) and the RSGC; using them to create a ‘green sanctuary within the busyness of the city’. Using stripes, straight lines and grid arrangements, our landscape mirrors the city’s road layout.

Using more ‘green’ landscaping like greenwalls, overhanging creepers and water features with green planters, residents experience a reduction in noise, heat and dustiness. The podium level features landscape elements of a 50m lap pool, shallow pool, wading pool, children’s playground, BBQ deck and trellis.

 

A GBI project for sustainability, this project won FIABCI Malaysia Property Awards in 2017 (Residential High Rise Category) for outstanding planning, architecture and development excellence.
